Is this service suitable for sports and community based organizations? 
Yes. This service will give any organization the opportunity to gain valuable insight into the wants and needs of the people they serve. 

Why have I not received a response from the business or organization I left comments for? 
There are three reasons why this may have happened.
a)      You sent your comments anonymously with no contact information.
b)      The business or organization has not yet signed up to receive your information.
c)      The businesses or organization may have responded to your comments by making a public statement in their profile.

Please note: DearVivian will work to ensure your feedback is received by this currently unregistered business and try its best to bring them into the fold of businesses benefitting from your preferred customer comment mechanism. Your effort to strengthen the business community is valued and appreciated.

Our business is not listed in any of your categories. How can we join the Dear Vivian website?
Not all businesses were added to the service before it was launched. Please click on the 'Free Membership' tab to sign up for your free membership.  

Why are my comments not seen on the website?
The comments left on this website are for the benefit of the business or organization for which they were intended. The service was not developed so that consumers could make their opinions public. Our reward as consumers comes from seeing the responses and actions taken by businesses and organizations as a result of the comments we provide.
