What is Dear Vivian?
What this service does, is make it easy and convenient for customers to communicate directly with owners and management of businesses and organizations. A customer can leave their comments either anonymously or with their contact information through this third party service. The format and approach we’ve developed is very effective at getting customers to share their point of view in a positive and constructive way. The result is greater access to quality customer input, that owners can use to make better decisions based on the knowledge and insight they gain. Informed decisions lead to improved retention, increased loyalty, and a healthier bottom line.
How the service works
For customers
Dear Vivian gives customers an easy and effective way to communicate directly with the owners of participating businesses and organizations.
To leave comments: click on the “Leave Your Comments” tab in the menu bar to look up a business, or use the “Business Keyword Search “found in the top right hand corner of the site. Next, leave your comments in any of the following three categories: The Good News, The Helpful News, or Ideas and Suggestions. Please note: Comments will only be received by businesses and organizations that have registered to use the service.
For businesses and organizations
Taking a proactive approach to communications is a great way to show your customers that you value and appreciate them. Every time you connect with customers you learn more about their expectations, and what it takes to keep them happy.
Once registered, users can access their listing admin panel to respond to customer comments, post responses, add specific questions, add incentives, and advertise special offers, promotions and events.
